Call Center  Customer Service Representative

Salary: $11 Hourly

A national company in the Cutler Bay area of Miami wants you for their next Customer Service class (need 30) if you have at least one year Customer Service and inbound call center experience.

Our client is looking for candidates to work in their call center to answer high volume of inbound calls. You MUST have prior inbound call center and heavy call volume customer service experience. Excellent written/verbal communication and good data entry skills.

Skills / Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a heavy call center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to compose correspondence independently
  • Experience assisting customers/clients with escalated issues
  • Proven sound decision making
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Proactive in presenting solutions to problems
  • Strong data entry skills and proficient with MS Word
  • Bilingual (read and write English/Spanish), preferred

Important Notes

  • Training will be Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (3 – 5 weeks)
  • Some overtime may be required

Insurance Processor

Cutler Bay, FL

Great opportunity to work for a national company in the Cutler Bay area of Miami if you have at least one year of insurance experience and are detailed oriented. Your role is responsible for providing front line, direct and indirect service to both internal and external clients and customers.


  • Review various types of insurance documents and update hazard insurance lines on the clients servicing system according to established procedures.
  • Verify the policy contains acceptable coverage and disburse premium payments from the escrow account if required.
  • Make necessary outbound phone calls to insurance agents, and companies to update insurance policies and obtain needed information.
  • Perform maintenance as necessary for policy changes, letters, notices etc. Ensure all items are processed in a timely manner to meet or exceed established standards.


  • Computer literate with emphasis on Microsoft Office software (especially Excel & Outlook) and Windows.
  • Work well under direct supervision using established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks as well as independently on specific tasks as assigned through management.

Medical Collections Representative

Brickell, FL

Salary: $17 – $18 Hourly
Employment Type: Full-Time

If you like the Healthcare industry and have Medical Collections experience then come join the team located in the Brickell area. The right candidate will have at least 4+ years experience in high volume collections. This is a temporary position.


  • Handle a high volume of claims including daily processing.
  • Work with patients and guarantors to secure payment on outstanding account balances.
  • Follow up on denials, appeals, patient collections and over payments.
  • Update the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account.
  • Identify coding or billing problems from EOBs and work to correct the errors in a timely manner.


  • Medical collections a must.
  • Be able to work in a team and fast paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of ICD-9, 10 and CPT codes preferred.
